GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband and I recently purchased a home and originally wanted to get the carpets cleaned. When the carpet cleaner got here he said that we really should get them replaced and took the initiative to place the call to Southern Flooring Solutions. (Shout out to Carpet Steamer 911) He explained that we were in a time crunch and needed a quick turn around. Southern Flooring Solutions was able to get out here within a couple hours with samples. They gave us a quote right then and there, knowing we were under the time crunch. Within less than a week the carpet was ordered & installed! The installers were very polite and did an amazing job. They let us come up and inspect the subfloor (which they swept very nicely) and when they were done installing the carpet they even vacuumed. I was very blown away! Great job and would highly recommend.

They were patient as we went back and forth many times until making our final decision. In the end the home looks great. In any big job, surprises will happen. I desperately needed to replace the carpet on my stairs and on the 2nd story. The flooring was original to the house which was built in 2006. We received quotes from a couple different companies and a large retailer - which were completely outside of our budget. Southern Flooring Solutions came highly recommended by someone we trusted so we gave them a call. They came out with samples and took measurements. They listened to our concerns and gave us different options to choose from. They were also able to offer financing options! The quote was reasonable and the installers were able to come out in a timely manner. They were in and out quickly - they did a great job giving care to moving our furniture, sweeping up the debris from the removal, laying everything down and making sure it was stretched appropriately before moving everything back. My favorite part: my new carpet feels like I'm walking on a cloud.
